就像我们公司的设计团队,常常分工明细的去了解新材料、新工艺,接触新理念、新信息,新的设计工具、学习新的设计手段,再回来跟团队们分享讲解,大家都很忙,忙于过程,忙于享受新方面的知识,在工作中我们不断地随着实践的深入而在不断地学习,本身学习就是是很基础的概念性课题,然而也恰恰是最根本和最精华的东西。我们每一个人、每一个在设计岗位上的人都面临着一个不断学习、不断思考的过程,这个过程是微妙的,量化的,我们相信只有知识达到量化逐步的积累,才会有质的突破,这样的设计“含金量”水平才会越来越高!

年轻设计师中,很多人过于追求技巧,而常常忽视设计本质,一旦离开计算机,离开图库,大脑一片空白,徒手根本不能画图,不能设计,中年设计师,又易墨守陈规,难于改变已有的设计、审美观念,难于适应新思想、材料,这是设计菜鸟的通病。

透过种种表面现象,我们可以看到,为什么有的设计师,设计生命常青不衰,有的则昙花一现,有的则永远没有个性....
